I’m a convener, a dreamer; a curator and (occasional) orator; and always up for a good brainstorm.
I once hosted a poetry reading and self-defense workshop for Asian women at a decades-old boxing gym in Brooklyn; I brought kathak dancers to the historic Great Hall at Cooper Union; and I ran Lit Crawl NYC for many years for thousands of readers and writers.
